Cedar at Wash Park is a value-add investment in an affluent Denver neighborhood. Leale Capital sourced the deal and has managed renovations and leasing. Rattner Equities provided the majority of the equity for the deal. Since the acquisition, all units have been renovated, and the project is performing.
