Titanium Realty Group sourced the opportunity by putting together multiple parcels. Rattner Equities and Titanium Realty Group formed a JV to develop 179 Academy.
The unit mix is diverse and tailored to the market– 15 studios, 3 studio + home office, 15 one-bedroom, 12 one-bedroom + home office, and 5 two-bedroom units. Each unit will include quality finishes and an in-unit washer/dryer. Community amenities will include a gym, kids playroom, and rooftop deck.
